It is very easy both to navigate and to use for name searches.
user friendly, easy to login, and nice for employee engagement
It's very easy to use and navigate. You can find people using different searches. I also like that you can see the organization of the division in an easy to read format.
The org chart seems to show the people not at the right level but only as father/son position, that is if there is a missing intermediate level it seems that the positions below are one level above from the real position. All in all it means that I see some colleagues having the same position as me but in a parallel branch to be over me just they do not have an intermediate position.
more clarity on homepage of what is offered, email reminders for things to do, nobody seems to know what sift is
I don't like that there are certain staff members where you can't see the schools that they work at. It would be helpful for some of the positions to include the schools they serve.
