The system's strengths include supplier data management and automation of many category management tasks that were previously done manually. It has made our work easy and has also saved much of my time for my team.
The three most liked features would be a powerful dashboard to get a summary of transaction, analytical reports for better decision-making and real-time data that can be shared with clients. Special mention of Customer Service for quick & effective response.
The pre-built reports are not as detailed as I would like to properly evaluate the supplier and measure their performance, and shortcomings. Creating specific reports is a very IT intensive process and thus slows my team down.
I have not encountered any major problems yet, we are satisfied with usage & capabilities.
