I like the UI, how simple is to create new dashboards. It makes self service BI available to everyone
It is very adaptable, it can be customized/white labeled and own plugins can be created. However, when white labeling it, there are a lot of issues regarding performance.
Sisense is easy to implement and use as it doesn't require a lot of IT resources. The data engine is flexible with options such as Elasticube and live connectors. Using the Live connection instance, I am able to maximize the full potential of the data warehouse without worrying about data duplication.
- windows version is not introducing new features, but it is not deprecated; I think it should be deprecated or aligned to the linux/kubernetes version - elasticube behaviour is sometime confusing; I'd prefer more restrictions if it allows me to have more guarantees about how sisense evaluates data - some incompatibility between windows elasticubes and dashboards
Performance is not good when white labeled.
Although Sisense has a great number of data visualizations, it can create a little discomfort while thinking about a customized view. Querying databases can be a bit complicated at times. Although it supports Natural language querying, it has its own limitations.

A lot of improvements on quality have been made the past couple of months. No more monthly release versions, only every 3/4 months and they are more stable. Still, the support structure could be better. There have been a lot of changes in the top management of Sisense.
