Robust analytics platform with intuitive interface but support responsiveness can be improved
We have been using the vendor for over 12 years and is a core supplier for our Analytics experience across various user groups. I have worked with the vendor closely for the past 9 months. The experience with the vendor is good and has improved over the past 6 months following a new relationship manager provided to us. They have good software but are not the most responsive to our requests for support (e.g. send links to their resources), and it has become clear that we are not fully utilizing the tools that are available to us. I anticipate that the position will improve as the new relationship manager understands our needs and our current setup.
