Firstly, the learning curve is minimal. Following training, our business experts can independently craft rules and manage various types of business rules via intuitive interfaces such as decision flows, decision tables and AI models. And SMARTS is rapidly evolving. For emerging technological trends, they can be quickly incorporated into the product's features, such as the newly released AI assistant, which further reduces the difficulty of our rule editing. Finally, Sparkling Logic's technical support is prompt and highly experienced. Whether it is related questions encountered during rule editing or system integration, they can provide timely and targeted responses.
