Simple enough to use, and especially useful for consolidating offers from smaller providers. Sometimes it could be regarded as expensive when compared to the added value it offers. In general, it fulfills what is expected from this kind of service, but do not expect much more than that.
It has strong expertise and advisory support, good management capabilities and it offers access to multiple vendors.
Initial setup and onboarding can take time, some advanced features are not immediately intuitive, and reporting options could be more flexible.
Lack of engagement with the customer. It's difficult to get an agent that can really help. Too expensive for the value. Some providers complained about automated emails requesting information that was not really relevant.
The learning curve is high, costs can get really high and the workflow features could be more intuitive.
