It just works. It is reliable.
The ability to seamlessly integrate data from diverse systems and sources is the most valuable aspect. solace pubsub supports a wide variety of protocols and deployment models which helped streamline our architecture and reduced integration complexity.
binding license to the connection count is limiting us to spread it widely. and having design and run seperated from each other does not help us bringing events to be the standard integration solution
The logs are not detailed enough. We would appreciate if we could download a terraform project which would deploy solace brokers to our AWS environment. The first setup was extremely time consuming. Now when I have gained the knowledge, it is not that difficult...
While the platform is very capable, we did face some challenges around scaling efficiently under peak workloads, and although support was helpful, wed like to see more native tooling and automation to support horizontal scaling in real-time environments

I am not really happy with the support which is provided. I feel that no one personally cares whether we managed to deploy it. Production issues are not prioritized. Response times are too long.
