It's easy to use. I can login, easily see what's happening at my locations of interest, and download footage when necessary. The AI feature for line counting is a great value add as well as it lets me understand our peak times and how those coordinate with the sales at our various stores.

To install projects requires many hands including a 3rd party. There are communication gaps that arise when that many people are involved.
