Easy to manage and very intensive protection engine. Impressive post sale support and technical expertise to manage customer requirement.
Ease of installation on endpoints, silent and none intrusive updates. Ability to configure profiles for different subsets of user is great. Ability to quarantine specific programs is great for our environment (not allowing known games)

Occasionally high CPU usage for long periods of time, not the most efficient scanning and can slow down computers - not noticeable to the average user. Likes to sometime lose a computer if a name is changed or not set right during the setup of the computer. Not as lightweight as some alternatives.
