Torq has significantly accelerated our team's deployment velocity and alert triage capabilities. Its automated workflow makes it incredibly easy to simulate complex events, such as Active Directory modifications like msDS-KeyCredentialLink, which allows our R&D and security research teams to quickly test and build robust detections. The interface is intuitive, and the agentic AI features provide great control over complex tasks. While navigating highly customized or complex enterprise integrations can occasionally require a bit of trial and error during the initial setup phase, their customer support is highly responsive and bridges that gap quickly.

Overall experience is great, but not quite excellent. There are some things that leave me wanting more. However, what works, does work extremely well and with a few aquisitions they are positioning themselves well for the future.

Provides strong endpoint prevention, detection, and investigation capabilities across our workstation and server environment. Its behavioural detections, detailed telemetry, and managed response service have improved our ability to identify and respond to malicious activity. Deployment and ongoing management are generally straightforward, although sensor currency, policy assignment, exclusions, and unsupported operating systems still require active oversight. Integrated threat intelligence and data ingestion from third party platforms enrich telemetry, while automated workflows improve analyst efficiency.
