Cons: - There is a steep learning curve: Though it is a very powerful platform with amazing capabilities, there is a learning curve to where all of the features are within the UI - Training and Documentation: Though there is a knowledge base, I wish there were more hands on / modules that could serve as educational resources - Potential for misconfiguration: We got our instance set up but it did take a while. Along the way, there were plenty of times we had to reconfigure our workflows due to how advance the tooling is

Can require a bit of learning to fully understand the best step to use when trying to achieve a target

There are some parts about the product that are not organized in a way that is easy to find
