The ability to view the whole map of the workspace and seamlessly book a place or a meeting room at any given moment based on availability is the best thing about the product.
1. It is undoubtedly simple and convenient to book a Workspace from the comfort of your own home. SpaceIQ makes the entire process appear seamless 2. It accurately maps out all of the locations in the office, such as offices, conference rooms, and canteens. 3. They have an amazing customer service team that is always happy and available to look into any issues that are being reported 4. The drag and drop feature makes the entire feater of managing offices with Space IQ even easier 5. Unlike in the past, you can choose where you want to sit ( you can get that great seat by the window with an amazing view :-) ).
I like being able to see certain areas of the premise and see which spaces are occupied; Whether it be permanent, shared, or open spaces. Being able to proactively identify where hand sanitizers/first aid kits are especially during Covid. However, the main reason I like it is to book a meeting room if I ever need to coordinate a meeting/call or attend one
I have no dislikes for this product. I had to previously go and ask around people for places and meeting rooms, now I have my own map to look forward and find things.
1. SpaceIQ is still in its early stages of development and can be quite buggy at times. 2. The User Interface could definitely use some improvements, particularly in terms of color-coding to show booked seats. It can be quite perplexing, especially for new employees
Nothing I can truly think of, it does everything I need it to.
