The team is very responsive to issues and showed commitment to partner across teams to find the resolution to given challenges.

With some vendors you can at times feel like the primary focus is on collecting the maximum fees and letting that drive production. However, with Starpoint, you feel there's a genuine partnership where they are truly invested in not only delivering a quality product, but a quality product delivered not just on time, but in as much time as it takes to successfully execute.

You have to make assumptions about data quality and your internal operations when scoping engagements for analytics, and when those assumptions are wrong the project budget and timeline can be significantly impacted. This challenge is not unique to StarPoint - it's inherent to analytics work.

Some challenges were not easily explainable as there were centric either to the chosen application or hidden behind formulas which are not visible in the app. The relational dependencies made it difficult to understand what the model was actually doing.

Nothing comes to mind in this regard. There was a brief hiatus in our engagement after we switched visualization tools but within no time they were staffed up, certified, and ready to support.
