You have to make assumptions about data quality and your internal operations when scoping engagements for analytics, and when those assumptions are wrong the project budget and timeline can be significantly impacted. This challenge is not unique to StarPoint - it's inherent to analytics work.
Some challenges were not easily explainable as there were centric either to the chosen application or hidden behind formulas which are not visible in the app. The relational dependencies made it difficult to understand what the model was actually doing.
