I use to transfer money between exchanges or to send someone money. Stellar transactions are fast and cheap, only issue is which is a common theme with a lot cryptos is the volatile price which can be either in your favor or against when you are using it to transfer money.

Tried and tested L1 blockchain. Fast, cheap, transparent. Combine the power of public blockchains (eg decentralization, reliability, and scalability) and the ability to use it privately (eg compliance built-in, zk rollup). Stellar also has a great ecosystem and is adding very interesting features like Liquidity Pools and AMMs.
