Complexity of product can make problems difficult for service desk
The Workbench performance is really subpar and the service level is usually not as agile as you'd expect.
The SaaS support model still has some growing pains. The limited control and visibility to the application server can sometimes hinder a team's ability to debug and help resolve production issues.

A Powerful System backed by a Powerful Team
Stibo leadership and support from an executive level is unparalleled and the STEP tool is incredibly flexible in it's ability to adapt to more than just product information management. It was the first PIM tool to finally meet our organizations needs after multiple prior attempts to stand up a PIM. For any challenge or business need in my 8+ years of working with the STEP tool and Stibo Systems, there has never been a problem that couldn't be resolved. - Digital Operations Manager10B+ USDRetailReview Source

Strong product capabilities and scalability
Overall the implementation takes time. I require competent people and expert to find the best way to handle data modelling, configuration and best pratice in development to avoid implementing too much complexity. - Sr. Manager, Technology Support10B+ USDRetailReview Source
The core system is very stable, but the application support and performance is subpar
What worked well: * STEP is a really robust and comprehensive system * There were very rare instances where we've identified a bug in the core application What didn't work well: * STIBO support process is mostly lengthy and ineffective, regardless of the support contract type * The Workbench currently being used here in the company is really slow, unresponsive and flimsy, which makes the work very counter-productive
