This takes away the necessity for in-house development of any notification service for engagement or transactional notifications, focusing on superior user experiences. What I liked about SuprSend is the ease of integration and the available customization options available to us. Could not have imagined developers implementing a smooth running notification solution in a day. Plus, product managers have complete control over the notifications now. Can check notification status, easily iterate and experiment without involving devs.
Easy to use and implement, and Neat UI/UX
User interface can be improved for first time users. It was a bit confusing at first, and took me some time to understand all of their product offerings. But once we got the hang of it, it's been smooth sailing.
Option to invite team members from the dashboard would be useful. Though the team is able to do so from backend.
