The analytics were good at times. Were able to refund after multiple issues. Let us out of agreement early because of issues.
My company uses SwagUp to develop and implement employee onboarding appreciation packages. The team at Swagup was super helpful, they worked with us on a budget, helped with best practices, and even sent sample materials.
Smaller selection of gifts than other options Order early because shipping can take a day or two longer
CS support and communications and they're flat out unprofessional. So many delays in getting shipments. It's a lot more expensive than what they say.
SwagUp is really great, the only downfall is the quantity minimum on some of the custom packages. When customizing some packages, the drop ship option requires a certain membership, which is difficult with uncertain onboarding numbers.
