Seemless experience ordering client gifts, easy ordering and checkout process. Products are high quality and don't feel cheap.

The analytics were good at times. Were able to refund after multiple issues. Let us out of agreement early because of issues.

Like

Unboxing customized gifts for new people is always a highlight of their first day. Pretty good quality gifts Support has been responsive to me.

Dislike

Not ideal for smaller orders, shipping took longer than expected (not entirely their fault), wish there were more products and color options to choose from, but still good selection.

Dislike

CS support and communications and they're flat out unprofessional. So many delays in getting shipments. It's a lot more expensive than what they say.

Smaller selection of gifts than other options Order early because shipping can take a day or two longer
