Antivirus Efficiency Marred by EDR Cloud Visibility and Inconsistent Support
Works well for antivirus and EDR. Cannot rate full stars since we are having a lot of trouble with devices that have the EDR module but are not appearing in the Cloud. The support team is kind of random since it has been supported by ARROW instead of Broadcom support team. We can have a quality support or a very subjective one.
