The web interface was intuitive and easy to use right at the start.
Provides comprehensive endpoint protection across devices, email and cloud workloads in single solution. Threat Intelligence update, Integration capabilities, incident detection and response features improve overall security posture.
The solution doesn't offer the same features and functionality, where applicable, for both cloud and on-premises. The on-premises user interface is outdated and EDR functionality is bolted-on via a separate appliance.
While the web interace was easy to navigate it was slow to load. We had the on premise server setup for this program.
The console is complex and agents can impact performance with limited reporting flexibility
