They were a gigantic disappointment for our business. From terrible reception across the country to shady practices for adding lines and giving you lines for free that they charge you later for... just a very bad company to try to conduct transparent business with with less than average service.

    T-Mobile Offers Easy and Quick Device/Service Deployment

    T-Mobile accounts are easy to set-up and manage. Working with T-Mobile staff is easy and pleasant. Cell service works in most areas and is more reliable than other services. The cost is lower than the competitors as well.

Like

Their support. We had to migrate over to them from another provider for over half of our inventory, and had a completely supported process. When we ran into issues, though few, they were still instantly available and resolved everything we brought to them, resulting in a 100% migration status for our project.

I did like their original offer and payment structure as well as the appearance that it was going to be simple and easy to work with them.

Better Pricing Plans/great Offers on Cost

Dislike

There are a few general errors that populate when trying to do normal processes within the portal like changing info, where it'll error out on you causing to refresh. It usually does work upon refresh, thankfully. We've also verified it was not a browser, network, or device issue.

Their approach to resolving issues and not being transparent with what and how you're being charged. As well as customer service representatives that didn't know what they were doing.
