The platform is intuitive with a clear layout that is efficient and creates a productive workflow. I am able to collect metrics of users, inventory and identify ways to promote cost savings for the company.
Handles both MDM and Fulfillment of mobile devices.
Back-end workflows, billing and reporting are noteworthy.
The only weakness is not having a true global footprint to provide services on the same level as in the US. But.. they do their best to find creative ways to gather the data and provide support when needed.
Help Desk and agents are now poor quality. Upper management does not seem eager to resolve, and will not talk with us.
The front-end user interface (aka ordering portal) is dated and could use a refresh to bring a modern look and feel to it.
