This tool helps scrum team to track backlog progress of development and testing. somehow it must be supported solid process of Standard Operating Procedure. This can be achieved if this tool chosen as a single tracking tool. Mastercraft met our basic needs. I have been told that there are other features of the ALM tool that were not used on our project but for logging Change Requests, Requirements and assigning tasks, it met our needs.
