Reliable service with good coverage
The product is really easy to use, from an admin it has all the tools needed to perform tasks. Great for inventory control as all your SIMs are in inventory based on different status's. From a single user, they can login and find details about the SIM very quickly, and getting back to customers is important
limited roaming options especially for its data plan, customer services always take a long time to help you, device selection is quite limited too.
Inability to depart from 'standard' product and or process to meet customer needs Management tools/portal is somewhat 'clunky' Few billing errors but when they do occur, the process to correct them is painfully slow
The huge volume commits required to play in the game. The lack of unlimited plans for carrier mobility

Great support for end-user
We deal with TELUS Mobility directly with one of our clients. They use TELUS Mobility ASSYST program for all of their sales receipts. The software is old, but TELUS support is stellar. Telus Mobility - good choice for your company communication needs.
Telus Mobility in my experience has been excellent for our company needs. We have a number of employees that travel globally ( Mexico/Germany/Brazil etc) and we have very few problems staying connected - problems out of country are usually resolved by rebooting the device , and on the odd occassion a quick call to support resolves it. The only thing we've had issues with, they went to paperless billing and no notices were received .
