Visibility and context that Tenable CNAPP provides across our cloud environment is outstanding. It helps us (very small security team) quickly identify risks, misconfigurations, and compliance gaps in a single unified view. The integrations with cloud infrastructure accounts and other 3rd party services like Slack and Jira are seamless as well, and the dashboards make it easy to prioritize what matters most. My favorite is the VPR rating that can be used instead of CVSSv3 and other scoring methodologies. The VPR rating takes into account ACTUAL exploitability, attack vector, asset exposure, and other contextual information, including customizable labels and parameters, which will increase or decrease the risk/severity level appropriately. This makes risk and vulnerability prioritization much easier and much more accurate. Other favorites include the Terraform-based IaC scanning and remediation guidance, as well as the if you had 5 minutes dashboard tile that surfaces the biggest and most exploitable risks to prioritize first.
the products output is highly customisable and able to fit our needs
The user experience is very intuitive in parts, and their help has a lot of help if you're attempting to accomplish something in a normal path of behavior in the application. However, if you need something more advance, their team is available for assistance in attempting to accomplish it. The product is fairly quick in its response and generally doesn't suffer from any performance issues so far.
Takes a bit of work to get it tuned properly, but Platform is powerful and relatively user-friendly, so not much to dislike. Wish it scanned/synced on a bit faster or customizable cadence as well (takes a few hours for everything to sync and seems to sync 3-4 times per 24 hours). One other minor issue for us was the inability to integrate multiple CloudTrail trails from a single AWS account (for example, if you have your data plane and management logs going to separate S3 buckets. I'm not a fan of credit-based billing either and the cloud asset to credit ratio system seems kind of arbitrary and confusing at times. Can get expensive as well if you aren't careful.

Customization. The Tenable Cloud Security works as is. Besides adding on integrations, there isn't many customizations past using filters within the product.

Tenable Provides Strong Assistance Despite Some Functionality and Customization Gaps
The relationship with Tenable has been great. For the most part, they've been responsive and have asked for our feedback on the product. When we need support, they're only a contact away from receiving help. The technical reps are able to answer almost any of our questions and when they're not, they reach out to their developers or other skilled engineers about the product for help. They've taken our feedback and have implemented changes to their products that we would like to see implemented in a fairly timely fashion. We're utilizing multiple modules of their product and have received good feedback from our other teams on utilizing the product.
