As Palo Alto is going towords the Platformization approach which is giving all the collective data points data in the same plan for visibility just for eg. XSOAR automation with all the cloud workloads and resources which i feal the most interesting feature

What I like most about Cortex Cloud is its real-time monitoring system and the alerts that are generated by the system. It has a comprehensive monitoring system which helps to protect our system more effectively. Moreover, clear insights and automated alerts also help to protect organizations from all the threats that might hit our business.

From Service prospective I think the service is good as it is completely SaaS no issues faced from product prospective just need the visibility on Private cloud also i think these features need to be included in coming time

Support is unhelpful, resolution takes too long, issues reoccur after weeks, and despite linking to previous cases, we have to repeat the same explanations and answer identical questions.

Some of the advanced configurations are complex and require extensive knowledge to handle it. Sometimes advanced systems may require additional support from the expertise to implement effectively and efficiently. Despite this, it is a scalable solution for organizations seeking advanced cloud features and better visibility into their IT environments.
