The learning curve for policy customization was steeper than expected, and generating tailored executive reports took a few iterations, but overall, Falcon has reduced manual workload for my team and shifted us from reactive to proactive security. A solid, scalable choice for financial services.

From the moment we engaged with SentinelOne CNAPP, we had nothing but a positive experience dealing with both the sales and technical staff to us both meet our requirements but tailor the environment to suit our compliance requirements. After incorporating almost the entire stack into our environment (including cloud native) we are now confident in the level of oversight we have across our system, including cloud environments. XDR is fast, EDR is accurate and cloud native supports our compliance requirements to give us an unfair advantage.

We've used Sysdig for a few months. Setup was pretty smooth thanks to the AWS Organizations support - that definitely helped us get going faster than expected. The vulnerability views across pipeline, registry, and runtime are useful for tracking where issues come from. That said, we're still spending quite a bit of time filtering out false positives on the threat detection side. Support has been hit or miss - we've had some really helpful interactions on Slack, but response times aren't always consistent.

I have been working with Trend Micro for over 10 years now and I can honestly say they have gotten better every year I have been with them. Their support is spot on, emailing me back within minutes and asking the right questions to get the right answers and working with me until the issue is resolved. Having the Service One add-on has paid for itself many times. It even stopped a ransomware attack and our business never lost a day of production! The dashboards are very descriptive and informational. Providing data about your environment allowing you to see what is taking place and they are constantly getting better. There is a monthly call where Trend describes up and coming features, they never stop enhancing their products. You even have the ability to try products before you pay for them, and they also ask for your input to make the product better while it's in preview mode. Trend has a complete college of tutorials and classes where you can learn to dive even deeper into the realm of cyber security. The people at Trend are like family to me and I am grateful for all they do!

The integration with aws is pretty straightforward, and it provides a lot of useful information, though some overlaps with cloudtrail,guardduty, security hub, config. The main advantage is having evertthin centralized, plus the agen compatibility for deeper security issue

The relationship with Tenable has been great. For the most part, they've been responsive and have asked for our feedback on the product. When we need support, they're only a contact away from receiving help. The technical reps are able to answer almost any of our questions and when they're not, they reach out to their developers or other skilled engineers about the product for help. They've taken our feedback and have implemented changes to their products that we would like to see implemented in a fairly timely fashion. We're utilizing multiple modules of their product and have received good feedback from our other teams on utilizing the product. I feel that there are a few areas that they still can improve in terms of functionality however, I haven't really seen many other products in the market accomplish what I've seen from Tenable.
