The tools provided by Teradata have many features that help make it's functionality very useful across many different aspects. You can use the tools for more simple efforts, or you can really go in-depth into the features for customizing your experience for more complicated solutions. The customer service is really great too and are very helpful in explaining the tool and its features.

The support team is good. When we reach out to them for issues, they are responsive, and they do their best to help us.

Data warehouse management, Data Governance, complex joins with MPP feaure enabled.

Can be a little complicated to understand at first, as the tool is made for very technically inclined professionals with a lot of experience. It may not be the best tool to give a junior analyst starting out, but they could use it for simpler processes as well.

it is hard to figure out how to improve performance on some of the complex queries that we have
