    Communication Strategies Prove Beneficial Though Predictive Index Concept Raises Concerns and enables your org to communicate in fresh, new ways!

    I was very skeptical of the PI, it's premise, and deliverables. A few weeks into an executive training, I found very valuable tangible and applicable skills for communicating more effectively with my coworkers. The premise I still find a bit tenuous, however, they understand communciation and have taught me how to work with people in their native communication schemes which has been invaluable.

The Predictive Index Talent Optimization Platform Likes & Dislikes

Like

Predictive Index is relatively easy to grasp. Once you understand the drivers, you're able to identify trends of an individual. The platform creates easy to use summaries that we can provide to our people leaders, even if they aren't fully trained in PI. The tools in the platform are also easy to deploy when hosting trainings or supporting leaders on employee matters.

WE are pretty new to usage, btu the information is good to help develop and support employees is getting to know each other and themselves. I think the results give some data to drive decisions.

The user friendly interface of the Predictive Index platform and the support of their client success team.

Dislike

There are add on features that aren't part of our package. PI isn't a cheap service, so it would be nice if more things were included in the basic packages.

Dislike

The product is good, but the onboarding was a challenge - they should reconsider how it happens; you should have training before you have access. A getting started user guide would also help, depending on how you want to use the system - there are more effective ways of doing it.

Dislike

There are limitations on the branding of the product. For instance, we have a multitude of brands under our parent company that are more well known in our marketplace and so we advertise to candidates under those brands. We were only able to brand our predictive index page to be the parent company.
