For the predictive index, I found that the 'archtectypes' were mostly vague, lacked structure, and did not make sense given what I knew about social science. Secondly, there seems to be a very apprehensive attitude towards anyone re-taking the personality test - which in my mind seems to be that depending on the day, your 'type' could change. Lastly, I never received a formalized version of the WHY these kinds of breakouts were done the way they were done. Humans are complicated, and pieces of this product trivialize that fact.
The product is good, but the onboarding was a challenge - they should reconsider how it happens; you should have training before you have access. A getting started user guide would also help, depending on how you want to use the system - there are more effective ways of doing it.
