ThreatDown Endpoint Detection and Response Likes & Dislikes
What I like most about Threatdown is the User-Friendly GUI, Affordability of an Endpoint Protection Tool for the end-user or customer, and lastly is their Powerful threat detection and response from real-time hunting and behavioral analytics to mitigate faster and quickly discover network infrastructure vulnerabilities.
Product achieves what it claims by keeping our systems safe. The web interface is nice and concise.
My favorite part of the service is how easy it is to manage. We have almost 200 devices on ThreatDown and I am consistently adding and removing licenses and applying different policies to different devices. The search function helps immensely. I rarely ever have to reach out to support. Also, ThreatDown saved our servers from a cyber attack a few years ago!
What I dislike about Threatdown EDR is that they lack on AI Capabilities for threat detection, Advanced telemetry collection of malwares for proactive defense, AI based proactive threat hunting.
Sometimes the web interface does not accurately reflect the actual status of the connected endpoints. Also, it can be difficult to get a response from the technical support or sales people.
The only weakness I see is that I wish ThreatDown knew which devices had ThreatDown on them or not. It would also help pinpoint where licenses are not being used, but I suppose you could do a search on when they were last reported to ThreatDown. I also wish their MDR was more robust with information.

Endpoint Protection Tool Praised For Usability, Criticized For Limited AI Integration
Threatdown EDR provides threat intelligence during remediation of malware at the endpoint. Their UI also provides a user-friendly GUI that even non-IT people can navigate. Lastly, their seven-day ransomware rollback ensures that the company is protected so that they can turn the clock back on attacks and restore systems IT infrastructure. - It Systems Analyst50M-1B USDConsumer GoodsReview Source
Streamlined Experience using ThreatDown with Minimal Issues
I feel that ThreatDown is one of the best enterprise antivirus services. The installation is easy (either an .msi or a weblink) and their portal is easy to use. They are also always making modifications to their portal to make it more helpful. The one thing that can be annoying about ThreatDown is that if you don't add a specific piece of software to a policy, then it may flag it and not allow the download, but that rarely ever happens. This is something to keep an eye on for especially when you are trying to add an additional security app to your device. - Director of IT<50M USDReal EstateReview Source

Enhancing Support Staff Powers with Single-Platform System
The system was easy to deploy and provides exceptional protection capabilities. It also helped reduce the number of tools we have deployed by allowing us to use various licensing options to do more through the NEBULA interface. - IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST50M-1B USDMiscellaneousReview Source
