We faced many issues during the implementation, from our side and from the provider side. Our data were not ready to be handled in a smooth way by the tool and the internal team decided to do a lot of customization in the algorithms and integration between the different modules. The tool is quite intrusive and resource consuming to the environment and the service provider was not willing to discuss the solution, but just point the problem to us, the customer. In general, the implementation project was very poorly conducted from both sides. After more than a year of the implementation, some people have changed on both sides and we have started conversations again to fix the issues.
