Your customer service is amazing! It always amazes me as to how you were able to attract such talented and well-rounded employees.
Team availability. I will say their team communicated back frequently and quickly. Some info I wish was shared earlier but as an expectation of timely responses, this team did at least reply back quickly.
One of the things we like most about TopBloc is their post deployment Help Desk support. It was exactly what we needed to bring our HRIS team up to speed and help to get us fully stabilized after go-live.
The only weakness I found was on the G/L side of the house. We needed some restructuring on the G/L and reports written to assist us with reconciling the G/L so that it could be uploaded into NetSuite. We worked with someone and had a number of meetings but never really were able to make any progress. Again, this was partially because our finance team could not clearly articulate what they were struggling with and what they really needed.
Inflexibility. Not only did they claim they had no means or resources to move historical data that we worked with UKG to extract, they wanted us as the clients to spend time to go through 30 GBs worth of historical data and format it so their system could accept it. On top of that, any other versions of reports often were not accepted by their team due to being in a format their system couldnt digest. They wanted us to do the conversion despite us paying them to help us with it.
Not much to dislike, however we did find that there were a few newer Workday features and functionality that the TopBloc team was not yet familiar with. We also had some challenges with one of our critical workstreams, where the analyst worked in a very siloed way and did not realize some of the downstream impacts of their configuration and consultation would cause issues. However, in the end we caught the problem and were able to resolve quickly post go-live.
