Good Endpoint Security platform with a large number of options for policy deployment and the protection workspace overview of the product which displays the status of the packages, compliance status of the endpoints, all those detailed dashboard experience is way far good.

-A huge number of policy options in the policy catalog. -Dashboard and the protection workspace that gives a brief detail about the managed endpoints in the organization. -Ease of use and web filter policy in endpoint security is good.

After using some time it became nice tool for Endpoint Protection and SOAR.

User friendly for administrators to manage all endpoints, policies, and security events in one console. Provides real-time dashboards, compliance status and reporting of multiple product version status. Supports automated software deployment and updates across thousands of endpoints. Multi-layered threat protection with machine learning, behavior analysis and exploit prevention.

-During On-Prem deployment, a rise in issues related to SQL 2022 and Apache server issues. -There are conflicts between the IIS services and the Apache services that lead to agent server communication issues. -Often problem with the Encryption packages and the preboot authentication steps.

Low level customer support. Tool not developed anymore.

ATP module for MacOS isn't bundled together in ENS standalone package. Malware samples and ENS cases must be logged separately as different cases. No AI intelligent self-repair if agent corrupted, sitelist missing caused unable to communicate to ePO become unmanaged endpoint.
