IEE system: Based on my experience, we are happy with the integrity of the meter data captured in IEE because there is no any incident on meter reading register wrongly captured by IEE. The meter events been read and captured by IEE but with limitation information such as accessing without additional information on locally or remotely access. The configuration on daisy chain meter in IEE is not working very well in IEE which some cases is ok and some is not. The end to end monitoring is not user friendly such as the task monitor does not showing the status or statistic of day to day performance on number of success, failed or warning, instead showing the task status. The statistic/dashboard on the meter status (success call, failed call & etc) need to be developed outside of IEE system. Another things is data updating into pervasive database is not working well which i need some resources to figure it out or sometimes it solve by itself without reason. Vendor performance Local support is lack of competency which everything is rely on Australia/US people which they are busy with others customer. Long process of approval on CR and changes which delay the outcome IEE installation is easy but the maintenance is quite difficult because there is no centralized log to identify the problem and it will take times for troubleshooting

We have successful deployed the system since 2009. It is robust, accurate, scalable, and integrates well with or other systems.
