What I like the most is the clarity and focus it provides. I know what has been done and what I need to prioritize. For a task that never really ends, like compliance, having everything tracked and organized is essential to making good progress.
The trust center is good for our customers.
The information can be retrieved easily and access to all needed information (controls, policies, ...) is intuitive.
I miss having ready-made templates for internal audits. These still have to be created manually, which takes time. Having templates to start from would make it easier to make things immediately useable.
This product is sold on the promise that it automates your compliance requirements. It doesn't automate anything, you have to do everything and then it monitors very prescriptive information. generates a huge amount of noise. This is a very heavy lift product to implement and maintain. It's an absolute compliance nightmare, I don't believe it's made my job easier, if anything it's made it harder. New features are typically pay walled.
there is not any specific negative thing I'd like to underline.
