I have had a very good experience with Vectra AI since joining the business, we have already met in person and had various sessions to improve coverage, our detection rules and expand with add on's.

I am not involved in the purchasing process, but I am coming from the SOC point of view. Of the MDR services that we employ, Vectra's tends to be the noisiest with a very high false positive or benign alerting rate. Our account reps and engineers are awesome, but the MDR analysts I've interacted with have been underwhelming.
