Since the change to the most recent version of PA, I have enjoyed how much more intuitive the application has become. It provides more and better data in an easier to obtain way.
ease of use - once we have data connected to the profit analyzer, it is very easy to create charts & dashboards - even those that allow drill down to the data
The large amount of fields you can combine in order to slice and dice the report to your own personal needs.
Not being able to filter on calculated fields is something that frustrates me personally.
sometimes is harder to get a specific chart view - I would welcome more customization capabilities.
Download to Excel with Account ID information embedded in the Account Name field. Manual manipulation needed to get this look good for end users. Also the pre 000000 before every ID is painful.
