The overall user experience with Vertex AI is generally good since our cloud services are provided by google too. The main positive aspect is 1) the integration with google cloud 2) LLM models selections 3) agent engine for agents deployment, but the main challenges are 1)some of the features are not GA yet 2) poor documentations 3) security concerns
