I appreciated the correlation between issue information and the impact it had on specific users. This helped my team and I to have conversations with the users impacted (even by small issues) which showed them that we care about their experience on the network.

Bench marking assists in understanding exactly how good (or bad) our environment is operating within recent time periods. The peer comparison of benchmarks was something that we could not find elsewhere and it presents an opportunity to what we may want to improve on.

There's nothing I didn't like. I could see this concept applying to even more services such as SaaS performance (for apps we buy).

We have not been completely satisfied with the level and timing of response to our support requests and experience with integration. We also felt that even though reporting functionality is still in its early stages, it must offer better customization to be of good use to us.
