Tanzu Application Service, in particular, excels at streamlining the developer experience for application deployments and maintenance. Much of the complexity is abstracted behind the magic of cf push. I also appreciate VMware's willingness to consider feature enhancements. They have been an open book regarding the platform and future roadmaps.
The service is focused on cloud native workload and there metrics/traces and has a very clear and intuitive UI. It also provides some built-in dashboards to get started quickly

A single-pane-of-glass hub is planned according to recent conversations. - The TAS Apps Manager and Ops Manager components are due for a modernization refresh. VMware has shared significant improvements in this area for upcoming releases. - Unification between Tanzu Application Service and Tanzu Application Platform. It's often confusing when talking about the Kubernetes platforms, which are independent solutions. Clarifying or potentially unifying these platforms would be beneficial for new customers interested in adopting.
