    Working with Voxai on this project was excellent. We use our telephony platform quite a bit differently than other organizations and Voxai was extremely flexible in determining the best way to use the platform. We also use the platform for handling emergency services, so uptime, availability and failover were all features we took into consideration. The platform has been performing extremely well since implementation.
