The ease f making changes both back and front, the natural language that comes built in. But i am not very clear about the benefits and additional improvements that I can add to the product
Ease of use and UI builders to build agents and import external agents and tools including MCP servers.
The ability to connect skills across tools like email, our ticketing system, and data platforms are of optimal value.
The analytics are very difficult to understand and dont give you as much detail as they should. The dashboard isnt very useful

The primary users on our team have an IBM background but I think for those not familiar with the interface would require pretty intensive training.

WatsonX Orchestrate product is meant to support multi-agent orchestration and administration to help support the build of Agentic AI platform, however there are a few areas where it can improve further to make sure it's appropriately adopted by big enterprises. Based on our current understanding, the product might need to improve on logging, reporting and analytics capabilities to specifically understand the user journey or trajectory based on pre-defined business milestones.
