The tool is fully customizable, making it easy to change the idea management pipeline which has made our innovation process transparent. It is super efficient in keeping track of ideas and provides an easy way to let employees brainstorm on new product features.
Usage is quite easy. The concept is great. You can see the ideas really nicely. The design is very simple, hence can be used by everyone in the organization be it a tech savvy or not..
I like the ideas section which lets us open up to all teams and get them involved in our product roadmap which has been the best way to decide which feature belongs in the next release.
Filtering function for managers could be improved because its not easy to find closed ideas with a specific category or just have a direct link to closed ideas inside of the Campaign.
Not much customization possibility is there. No proper notifications of ideas is given out. As it is possible to hide ideas, many not so suitable ideas or comments are made under anonymity.
My dislike is centered around improving the reports experience to make it easier to find specific reports from the reports landing page.
