Real Time Accounting sync - it eliminates the need to manually enter order details Consolidated view of Sales channels - it brings orders from multiple platforms into one place. Inventory sync across channels - Keeping inventory accurate across platforms used to be a nightmare. Custom posting rules - the ability to customise how orders post into QuickBooks is powerful.
I sync my orders on its own to the accounting software from the ecommerce platform. I can make the sync granular so you do not have to sync everything in the same direction. Their support has solved every issue that I have had so far.
Integration between Shopify and Quickbooks Ability to send transactions as Invoices as opposed to Sales Receipt Customization of the integration process
Initial set up was tough - getting products, accounts, and rules aligned took more time Reaching support can be slow. - some reps are fantastic, but others seem unsure. Price vs Value for small shops. and seen occasional sync glitches.
The desktop installation regularly maxes out my servers CPU when the scheduler is running. I have to kill the process to fix this issue. They have not been able to tell me why this happens other than it just does. Sometimes orders do not sync with the scheduler and you have to do it manually. Overall it's a great concept but the scheduler is not reliable. But when doing things manually it works great. The last thing I dislike is that there are so many options for configuration and what one would think an option is supposed to do it does something completely different (you find this out once you've reached out to support).
