    What worked well: 1. Automated insights enabling sales people to make better data driven decisions 2. Exceptional turn-around in releasing new features 3. Quite a responsive customer success team to help with day-to-day queries What could be improved: 1. More determinism around the analysis, and better reasoning capabilities (Early access model solves this problem though)

    They've been really agile and addressing gaps in the product as we've worked through deploying this for our customers. They have been very insightful for ensuring that we are providing enough context into the product for it to be successful in providing insights into our data.

WisdomAI Likes & Dislikes

Like

The amazing features that keep growing the product allows end users and data admins to continually enhance their organization's data needs. WisdomAI has phenomenal customer support and service ranging from, but not limited to, data connectivity to advanced AI modeling for visualizations.

Product could be one-stop shop for everything around analytics. From analyses, to dashboard prep and automatic insights sharing (through agents) all at one place, the product is quite promising

I believe the customer success team is truly invested in our utilizing of the product, and I do believe that it is extremely straightforward to set up and configure to be used.

Dislike

There aren't many things to dislike about WisdomAI, however, if I must list some it would be: - Having to choose specific domains - Finicky natural language query conversation with the model when wanting to change the visualization - Need to manually refresh the browser after updating certain items in a domain

1. Handling out of scope questions could be challenging. Model hallucinates some-times and there are no fixed guardrails yet to make sure model does not share wrong information

I do have concerns that our customers will utilize the answer from a product that hasn't had the scrutiny required to insure its accuracy. If there was a way of providing a more concrete feedback mechanism that the product is inferring and answer more than normal than that would be appreciated. Right now limited context can be taken in multiple ways that can be misundersood.
