1) The priduct is really nice and spikes interest in VR for clients who have very low idea of VR and its benefits. 2) It can capture and output a wide array of precise data in realtime based on research requirements. 3) It has really nice 3D workfows like 3DS , Maya etc.

1) The feedback I received from our Research department is that it needs lot of IT infrastructure to set it up. 2) It can only be set up in Mac or Windows , there is no option yet for deployment in Linux systems. 3) The training of the profuct needs improvement.
