Since is it operational in several countries, Xoxoday has provided rewards and incentives suitable for our global workforce as well, making it particularly beneficial. Additionally, the platform delivers insights and analytics to assess the effectiveness of rewards programs, enabling our businesses to make informed, data-driven decisions. Xoxoday also integrates seamlessly with our numerous HR and CRM systems, facilitating the management of rewards and recognition within the existing framework at our organization.
Xoxoday offer wide range of customizations and a lot of gift cards to be redeemed for leading brands in large sets of countries. At the same time we have an option to automate this process as well with its Plum feature which would greatly help our team a lot in reducing admin work.
I am not getting the level of detail in the current reports that would enable me to dissect campaign performance adequately. It had integrations with fulfillment providers, and one had to coordinate with logistics services from other channels.
We did not experience any difficulty with the platform as off now at the major, so disliking as off now. Some instances of gift cards not working were resolved by the team on an immediate basis.
In general, I did not see any major challenge in using it. Yes, but there were some instances of gift card redemption issues and delays in the issue of gifting as well, but those were resolved by the support team in due time as well.
