Aerchain has simplified how we handle procurement internally. The platform brings structure to what was previously a fragmented process - approvals, purchase orders, and supplier interactions are now centralized and easier to track. Onboarding took some adjustment, but day-to-day usage has been straightforward for most of the team.

My overall experience with this provider has been positive, although not without some critical issues. The product has proven functionally solid and quite reliable over time, especially in the core activities for which we chose it. After an initial adaptation phase, we were able to integrate it into our processes without excessive disruption. It's not perfect, but it's practical and proves very useful in everyday life.

The main trade off is that it requires clear process design and good data to get the best results.
