Gemalto is great

Please explain the business problems or needs that prompted the purchase of this product or service.

The business reason for purchasing the product was for security. Our company uses different email. Our users were getting phished by hackers. Since enabling Safenet this problem is resolved.

What do you like most about the product or service?

I like most about the product is that it works as expected. The access policies and adding applications is very easy to setup and understand.

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

I dislike switching from the STA and SAS console to view data.

How satisfied is your organization with the value the product provides for the money spent?

I am satisfied with the product. I manage the product for our organization daily. I do not know how satisfied upper management is with the cost of the product. We have not received a request to review different product because of cost.
