Overall Comment:"Working for an ad agency, we incur multiple invoices from media vendors all over the state. Keeping track of media vendors, client codes, and net/gross budgets are seamless with Quickbooks. Long gone are the day of using dated Google sheets for billing. Quickbooks integrates beautifully with our project management software to make expense reports, billable hourly reporting, and invoice management simple yet safe and secure."

What do you like most about the product or service?

1. Concise financial reports that can be easily exported. 2. The ability to synch into our project management software for hourly billings. 3. Versatility and security with vendor management and matching transactions with completions. 4. Simple invoice management to keep track of multiple vendors and clients.

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

1. Very expensive for small businesses/agencies. Some of the add-ons we would like should be included in the basic subscription. 2. It would be beneficial to have an option to display multiple windows at once without having to open new tabs. 3. I've experienced glitches or difficulty when trying to navigate through past invoice histories. 4. Would be great if we had the ability to set custom prompts when setting up a new client so we could have our own unique guardrails in place for how we customize invoice templates.
