Overall Comment:"Our organization has been using CLMA since 2021, with users from 8 of our country affiliates (Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia and Philippine). Coming from the manual way of managing our contracts, the CLMA is a big leap towards our digitalization strategy. It has delivered our 4 key success factors after its implementation: 1. Standardized contract management process across the region; 2. Full visibility of contracts; 3. Automated approval/review workflow; and 4. Develop standard contract templates To date we have uploaded around 700 contracts (active and draft) in the system. Just recently CLMA has upgraded (aligning with Coupa Core) and we are happy with the improvements in overall user experience, ease of creating contracts and simplified roles and permissions. "
The CLMA Upgraded version enables the following positive features: - Being fully integrated with Coupa P2P/Spend platform. Thus, it is easier to navigate, approve and monitor contracts. - Approval flow is visible to everyone. There is transparency as to the approvers and the status of the workflow. - Comments on the transactions/contracts are visible to everyone as well. - Drafting and approval of contracts are simplified.
1. Not on the CLMA product itself but the Coupa Support which we experience long lead-time in resolving issues. 2. The CLMA user manuals are not that detailed. But this is just a minor issue for us since we have certified CLMA users/practitioners. 3. It would be better to have Coupa implementation team based in Asia/SEA, so there will be no significant timing difference.
